In incognito mode, your browser (theoretically) does not save your browsing history, passwords or usernames. If you’re looking for that level of privacy, I recommend the Tor browser (a browser that works with a proxy server so your traffic is anonymous to your ISP). Even with Tor, not everything is perfect, but it’s a significant improvement over incognito mode and expecting it to be 100% incognito.
